Responding to a Vendor's Message from your Email Inbox

You can respond to a message from a vendor directly from your email inbox by following the steps below: 

  • Log into your email inbox (your email address should be the same as the one you use to log into your WeddingWire account)
  • Click on the email sent from the vendor
    • An example of the subject line is: New message from Jane Doe Photography
  • From here you can either:
    • Respond directly to the vendor by clicking Click the ‘Reply’ button and respond by email
    • Click ‘View on WeddingWire’ to respond by logging into your account and going to ‘My Messages’
    • Note: If you do not have a WeddingWire account, you will be prompted to sign up. If you sign up for an account using the email address used in your initial outreach, you can respond by going to ‘My Messages’
  • Your message response will be sent to the vendor’s email address and be accessible in their WeddingWire account
  • If you are a WeddingWire member, your message response will also be reflected in the ‘Messages’ tool within your WeddingWire account
