You can enable the seating chart functionality for any event on your guest list. To make sure that this functionality is turned on, please follow the steps below:

  • Log in to your WeddingWire account
  • Hover over 'Planning Tools' and click 'Guest List' 
  • Click the name of the event you’d like to enable a seating chart for
  • Click the blue ‘Settings’ link on the right side of the page across from the name of the event
  • Click the box next to ‘Create Seating Chart’
  • Scroll down and click ‘Save changes’

Add Guests to your Seating Chart

  • Log in to your WeddingWire account
  • Hover over 'Planning Tools' and click 'Seating Chart' 
  • Make sure to select the correct event at the top of the screen
  • Add tables to your seating chart by click the table icons on the left side of the page under ‘Add table’
  • Enter the table name and select the number seats for that table
  • Click ‘Save’
  • On the left side of the page, under ‘Guests’, drag and drop each guests to  the appropriate seat

Rotate a Table*

  • Log in to your WeddingWire account
  • Hover over 'Planning Tools' and click 'Seating Chart' 
  • Make sure to select the correct event
  • Hover over the table you’d like to rotate and click circular arrow until your table is in the desired position

*Please note, not all table types are able to be rotated.
