To add a guest to your guest list, follow the instructions below:

  • Ensure you are logged in to the WeddingWire App
  • Tap 'Planning' at the bottom of the screen then tap the icon above ‘Guest List’
  • Press the ‘+ Guest’ button and click ‘New’
  • Enter the guest information and click ‘Save’
  • This will add the guest to the ‘Overview’ section and your default event. To add them to a custom event, click on that event tab and click ‘+ Guest’ again to select the guest from the Overview tab

 

To remove a guest from your guest list, follow the instructions below:

  • Ensure you are logged in to the WeddingWire App
  • Tap 'Planning' at the bottom of the screen then tap the icon above ‘Guest List’
  • Press the check box next to the guest that you want to remove (you can select more than one guest)
  • Press ‘Remove’
  • Confirm that you would like to remove that guest from your guest list

 

To add an event to your guest list, follow the instructions below:

  • Ensure you are logged in to the WeddingWire App
  • Tap 'Planning' at the bottom of the screen then tap the icon above ‘Guest List’
  • Swipe to the end of the events at the top of the screen and click ‘Add an Event’
  • Enter the event information and click ‘Save Changes’
