If you would like your guests to only RSVP for certain events, you'll need to make sure that only those events have guests added to them. You can make sure your guest list is set up correctly by removing guests from an event or completely deleting a custom event you do not wish to show as a RSVP option. Just follow the steps below:
Removing All Guests from an Event
- Log in to your WeddingWire account
- Hover over 'Planning Tools', click 'Guest List'
- Click the name of the event you wish to remove guests from
- Click the box next to 'Select All'
- Click 'Remove' in the tool bar that appears
- Be sure that 'Only from this event' is selected, then click 'Confirm'
This event will no longer show as an option when your guests are RSVPing.
Deleting a Custom Event*
- Log in to your WeddingWire account
- Hover over 'Planning Tools', click 'Guest List'
- Click the name of the event you wish to delete
- Click the blue 'Settings' link on the right side of the page
- Scroll to the bottom of the page, click 'Remove Event'
- Click 'OK'
*Please note, you cannot delete the Reception, Ceremony, or Wedding events. If you do not want guests to RSVP for these events be sure to follow the steps under 'Removing All Guests from an Event'.
